Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, typography, and digital and print design. You will be responsible for developing visual content that aligns with the group’s branding strategy, enhances customer engagement, and supports promotional campaigns across all platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital content, and print design projects.
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

Experience:

Responsibilities
  • Design engaging visual content for a variety of formats including social media, print materials, menus, packaging, advertisements, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce promotional materials and campaign assets.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all Hotaru Holdings concepts and channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and layouts that align with marketing objectives.
  • Edit and retouch photos when needed for use in marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with printers, signage providers, and other vendors to ensure final outputs meet quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor visuals, and new technologies in design to keep branding fresh and relevant.
  • Support in creating visual assets for internal communication, presentations, and recruitment campaigns.
