About you: Your portfolio will showcase your design skills across a wide range of mediums including print and digital. You’ll be an all-rounder, ready to roll up your sleeves and put in the work for the day-to-day design requirements. You’ll have a genuine love for crafting beautiful work, an understanding of the digital world, a desire to develop and grow as a creative and willingness to learn new skills. Mac proficient with the ability to visualise your thinking through great design Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Animation skills in After Effects and Premiere (essential) Willing to develop new skills and adapt to new workflows Confident, sociable and a team player Have a good understanding of digital design but interested in learning more Ability to take direction from Senior Designers and Project Managers Work well under pressure Strong design skills across print and digital Up-to-date with emerging, relevant technologies and trends Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Proactive in developing ideas with the Creative Team Sense of humour Must have: A Design Degree or equivalent qualification 2-3 years’ experience working as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house creative team with a strong design portfolio Experience creating visuals for integrated marketing campaigns Executing animation for social posts What you can expect from us!
