KEY ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

· Exceptional attention to detail – A meticulous eye will support smooth manufacturing and production processes, helping to minimise errors and deliver products to the highest standards.
· Technical proficiency – Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a bonus.
· Adaptability and flexibility – comfortable working across a wide variety of projects, often switching between tasks during the day. Able to prioritise and stay organised in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
· Idea Generation: Be able to envisage, develop and contribute new and innovative ideas within the Design team to enhance our sales and marketing presence.
· Strong visual design skills – confident with layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency across digital and print.
· Creative problem-solving – able to think outside the box to develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand goals and user needs.
· Clear communication – capable of articulating ideas visually and verbally, and confident when liaising with internal teams.
· Team player mentality – collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team, while also being self-motivated and proactive when working independently.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the product development team to create and develop product design specifications and define intricate design details that align with technical requirements. Whilst contributing to the creation of digital artwork ensuring every visual and functional detail is clearly defined for production.
  • Assist in the design and creation of vector diagrams to aid instruction manuals, sales brand decks presentations, and promotional materials.
  • You’ll be bringing ideas to life through compelling retailer visuals, marketing assets, imagery assets, and branded content that resonate with our global audience and communicate our brand story with clarity and flair.
  • Create eye-catching visuals for product launches, packaging call outs, digital marketing, assist in-store POS, and trade presentations. You will maintain and evolve brand consistency across all assets, helping to push the STYLIDEAS brand forward with fresh, elevated design thinking.
  • Assisting to prepare artwork files for print alongside the Head Graphic Designer, liaising with suppliers where necessary to ensure quality production.
  • Contribute creative ideas to brainstorming sessions and help visualize them through mood boards and rendered mock-ups and trade presentations.
  • Create and present artwork mock-ups.
    The role will include but will not be limited to; product design specifications, testing, market analysis, packaging icon design, instruction booklet design and learning a palletisation software.
