KEY ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
· Exceptional attention to detail – A meticulous eye will support smooth manufacturing and production processes, helping to minimise errors and deliver products to the highest standards.
· Technical proficiency – Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); basic motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a bonus.
· Adaptability and flexibility – comfortable working across a wide variety of projects, often switching between tasks during the day. Able to prioritise and stay organised in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
· Idea Generation: Be able to envisage, develop and contribute new and innovative ideas within the Design team to enhance our sales and marketing presence.
· Strong visual design skills – confident with layout, typography, colour theory, and brand consistency across digital and print.
· Creative problem-solving – able to think outside the box to develop innovative visual solutions that align with brand goals and user needs.
· Clear communication – capable of articulating ideas visually and verbally, and confident when liaising with internal teams.
· Team player mentality – collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team, while also being self-motivated and proactive when working independently.
