DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of using Adobe design suite – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience of working in similar in-house or agency role
  • Knowledge of best practice design for marketing effectiveness
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Experience of understand and working to marketing briefs
  • Creative and detail orientated

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

Working alongside our agency partners to support the web and marketing teams in the creation of quality graphic and digital assets. Working across ecommerce, web, traditional and digital marketing the post holder will be crucial in shaping and maintaining the company’s brand assets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The creation of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers and email assets
  • Social media assets and campaign images
  • Website graphics and creative design concepts
  • Supporting the creation of email templates and designs in CRM
  • The creation of visual aspects of branded business assets such as power point and word templates
  • To act as brand champion
  • Creation of design templates for wider team to edit
  • Support the maintenance of the business’s intranet site
  • Liaise with printers/suppliers
  • Work with incumbent agency to deliver quality strategic campaign assets
  • Support the wider business with design needs such as internal comms assets and events
