Generalists who get energy from executing. If that sounds like you - read on. Tasks You’ll drive our growth engine end to end. Every week, your work will push us closer to hitting 3x YoY revenue. Full ownership from strategy to execution. B2B(2C) GTM: Build and optimise GTM motions for potential clients - mainly SMEs incl. repair shops, car dealers, fleet managers & car rentals. B2C GTM: Build hypotheses, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels from scratch. Performance Marketing: Own SEA/Meta campaigns end-to-end - from budgeting to creatives to reporting. SEO: Optimise SEO & GEO set-up, optimise landing pages, and manage our organic performance engine. Social Media: Manage our channels. Drive growth through consistent execution. Content Strategy: Draft and execute a content roadmap that positions us as a category leader. Influencer Marketing: Set-up our influencer strategy & execute on your hypotheses. Rapid Experimentation: Run tests across the entire funnel, prioritise by impact, ship fast, and iterate. No two weeks will look the same. One day you’ll launch a B2B outbound sequence, the next you’ll run creative testing for Meta ads or negotiate with influencers. You’ll operate with direct access to decisions - no waiting for approvals. Requirements Experience in growth, performance marketing, SEO, SEA or GTM - ideally in both B2B & B2C businesses (plus). Experienced in fast‑paced environments (hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes. An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity. Passionate about entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem with a genuine hunger to learn, grow and build a massive ops-heavy company. Completed a bachelor's or master’s programme (business-related field is a plus) from a top-tier university. Fully fluent in German is a must (C2).
