YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional qualification in marketing, communication, business administration, or comparable.
  • Initial work experience in B2B marketing (at least 2 years), ideally in partner/channel marketing or an agency.
  • Experience in the conception and implementation (co-)marketing activities, events, and content formats.
  • Excellent communication skills, high social competence, and negotiation skills.
  • Creativity and innovative spirit in developing new measures and formats.
  • Structured, independent working style and organisational talent.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • German skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings in the European region.
Responsibilities
  • Developing, planning, and implementing joint marketing and sales activities with our key technology partners (e.g., events, webinars, whitepapers, articles, trade show appearances).
  • Active management and expansion of existing partnerships as well as identifying new potentials for joint initiatives.
  • Organizing and conducting partner events, trade show booths, and other formats to increase visibility and lead generation – also on-site in the European region.
  • Developing creative, target group-specific campaigns and content for and with our partners (e.g., blog posts, newsletters, social media, mailing campaigns).
  • Building and maintaining close relationships with the marketing and sales teams of our partner companies.
  • Continuous analysis and evaluation of the performance of joint activities and deriving optimization potentials.
  • Supporting partner enablement and communication, ensuring high motivation and engagement within the partner ecosystem.
  • Strategically positioning our agency with key technology partners, aiming for the highest possible partner status and visibility – with the goal of receiving leads from partners.
