We’re currently looking for a Junior Hair Stylist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hair and wellness, looking to expand their skills in a unique and growing area of the beauty industry. No prior experience in Japanese head spa is required – full training will be provided.

Duties:

  • Carry out Japanese head spa treatments (training fully provided)
  • Consult with clients on scalp and hair concerns
  • Apply professional scalp and hair treatments with care and precision
  • Provide blow dry and basic styling services after treatment
  • Maintain a clean, calming, and professional treatment environment
  • Ensure every client enjoys a relaxing, high-quality experience
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • A solid foundation in customer service principles to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Upselling skills to promote products effectively while enhancing the client experience.
