ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen at The Wellington in WD6. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up into their first Head Chef position.
You’ll be running a small kitchen serving up to 100 covers, delivering freshly prepared, high-quality dishes. With the support of the management team, this is your chance to take ownership of a kitchen and build your reputation in a friendly and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintain consistently high food standards
• Follow and enforce dish specifications and portion control
• Stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are upheld
• Lead, train, and support junior kitchen staff
• Collaborate on menu planning and execution
