ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking a passionate, skilled coach with the drive to help athletes grow and succeed as part of a high-performing team.

  • Proven swimming coaching experience, ideally at a competitive level.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and execute impactful training programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sport’s technical and tactical elements.

The successful candidate must hold:

  • A current, valid Working with Children Check.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Towards Competitive Strokes certification.
  • ‘SCTA’ (Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia) Development Accreditation (formerly Bronze) or higher OR must be willing to obtain within the first six months of employment.
