YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll be a key part of our site teams, helping to embed a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning. You’ll work closely with experienced HSE professionals, gaining hands-on experience while supporting the delivery of best-in-class health, safety, and environmental standards across our projects.
Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Be a visible and positive presence on site—leading by example every day
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental plans
• Carry out site inspections and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assist in incident investigations and help develop practical solutions
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure compliance
• Stay up to date with legislation and best practices, sharing knowledge with your team
• Deliver or support training sessions to promote awareness and engagement
• Attend start-up meetings and contribute to supply chain safety discussions
• Support the preparation of health and safety reports and documentation
