We’re looking for a proactive Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and support the delivery of high‑quality SHEQ standards across the business. You’ll play a hands‑on role in keeping people safe, shaping best practice, and helping us maintain a culture where safety always comes first. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality activities Carrying out risk assessments, site inspections and accident/incident investigations Recording and maintaining accurate SHEQ documentation Delivering induction training and internal SHEQ training sessions Conducting face‑fit testing and ensuring safe use of equipment Presenting safety information to employees and managers Liaising with customers, HSE and internal SHE teams Ensuring compliance with current legislation Assisting with audits, spot checks and yard checks Promoting a positive safety culture across the organisation Qualifications What You’ll Bring Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to identify hazards Confidence in recommending practical risk‑reduction measures Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential Ability to hold Tech IOSH status – essential Additional qualifications such as ISO knowledge, PTLLS, Environmental Management or Internal Auditor – desirable Full clean driving licence Willingness to undertake further training and achieve SC Clearance Additional Information Adler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
