About the Role - We are seeking a junior Health & Safety Coordinator who is proactive, self-motivated and eager to grow in the field of Occupational Safety. In this role, you will support one of Ergonomia’s key accounts, helping to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards. The successful candidate will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of safety programs while promoting a strong culture of safety across our client’s organization. This role involves a hands-on approach to identifying and mitigating workplace hazards while working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to reinforce best practices in workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Provide support to the team to facilitate the development, maintenance, and implementation of health and safety related activities and KPIs Keep track of all safety related issues within the organization and make sure that corrective measures are effectively monitored and implemented Support incident investigations Participate in health and safety initiatives Participate in the development of health and safety protocols Prepare reports Support Safety Officers in various locations Ad hoc duties of HSE department Qualifications & skills Engineering Diploma, with specialization in Mechanical Engineering (or Production Engineering and Management), Electrical, Civil or Chemical Engineering Membership in Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) is desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Why Join Us? Responsibilities
