Do you love giving guests an amazing stay at our hotel and making sure everything runs smoothly while you’re on shift? Then we’re looking for you as Junior Hotel Manager at our Rotterdam location.
What does your day look like?
As Junior Hotel Manager at our Rotterdam hotel, you’re responsible for the day-to-day operations. You make sure the hotel is spotless at all times. If you’re on a morning shift, you’ll ensure breakfast runs smoothly with the help of your colleagues. You’ll check out guests, and once breakfast and check-outs are done, you’ll have time to focus on back-office tasks—like creating schedules or preparing an introduction plan for a new team member starting soon. Meanwhile, you’re the main contact for housekeeping and our suppliers. And of course, you make sure the rooms and hotel always look perfect.

Who are we looking for?

• You have relevant work experience;
• You have a great sense of humor, boundless energy, and can work independently;
• You’re a communication pro and always complete tasks perfectly;
• You have an eye for detail and are always looking for ways to improve;
• You speak Dutch and English;
• You live in or around Rotterdam.
