We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven junior IT technician with knowledge of Linux systems, network infrastructure and preferably HPC solutions to join our team. As a junior HPC technician you will be trained to be responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of high-performance computing systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. You will work on Linux-based systems and manage hardware, software, network and storage to deliver world class solutions to our customers. To succeed in this role, it is key that you are self-motivated and a quick learner with a good understanding and interest in IT.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant education within IT, computer science or similar.
• Basic knowledge in Linux operating systems (e.g. CentSO, Ubuntu, Red Hat)
• Familiarity with installing and configuring hardware, software and network.
• Knowledge about basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and be able to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English and Swedish is mandatory.

• Design and configure HPC clusters tailored to client needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HPC environments.
• Manage hardware and software installations and maintenance.
• Collaborate on networking and storage integration for optimized performance.
• Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely delivery.
