Responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:

As a HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience in various HR functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be a point of contact for all day-to-day HR administration queries and to redirect to other members of the HR team appropriately as required
  • Contribute to the success of the HR Department by providing a first-class service to all employees across the business
  • To monitor and administer the company absence policy ensuring all absence is recorded and the relevant paperwork is submitted
  • To ensure the upkeep of the employee personal files on HR databases, ensuring they are compliant with GDPR and Right to Work regulations
  • Attending and minute taking HR meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings
  • To assist with recruitment activities by advertising roles and support with interview preparation
  • To assist with the issue of offer packs and contracts of employment to new employees, ensuring that the paperwork returned is checked for compliance, scanned and filed appropriately
  • Assist in the planning & execution of employee inductions, including coordinating with various departments
  • To compile correspondence for the life cycle of employees, including probation and salary reviews and leaver documentation
  • Provide support for any training and development courses, booking courses, organising venues, sending confirmations to attendees and producing any supporting documents
  • To comply with Company policy and best practise in security, legal and regulatory
