Job Description
As part of our UK HR team you will be responsible for providing a generalist HR service across the designated divisions. The Junior HR Advisor will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various HR functions, including visas and immigration support, employee transfers, and processing disturbance allowances. This role involves direct interaction with employees to discuss medical declarations, support those on maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave, and handle flexible working escalations. Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews, compile absence and payroll reports, process career breaks, and support the remote working process.

Responsibilities
  • Provision of HR general advice and guidance on policy and process, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Support case work for sickness absence, occupational health referrals and the PHI application process.
  • Discuss and manage medical declarations with employees, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Process and manage all discretionary pay, leave, disturbance allowance and career break requests for eligible employees.
  • Manage all family friendly leave and handle escalations related to flexible working requests
  • Manage global and local transfers in and out of region. Manage visa and right to work processes.
  • Support the delivery of HR Calendar activities e.g. bi-annual reward process, talent management, performance review, employee engagement and EDI.
  • Production of people related reports, in-depth data analysis and visual presentations, coordination of monthly payroll activities and provision of ad hoc management information queries from operational teams.
  • Conduct exit interviews and produce value added, meaningful, analysis. Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the business and provide feedback to management through meaningful trends analysis.
