Responsibilities

DISCOVER THE ROLE

In this role you will be providing administrative support on tasks that are related to maintaining of personnel records and HR documents. You will be responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients for whom TMF Group provides HR & Payroll services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in payroll and HR administrative tasks;
  • Personnel files administration;
  • Work in accordance with Romanian labor law legislations;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Clients’ specific requirements and contribute to their enactment together with the team (ex: Clients’ specific KPIs, invoicing and so on)
