Crawley, West Sussex | Hybrid (min. 2 days in office) | 4 or 5 days per week
Salary: up to £38k full time dependent on skills and experience

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, whether as a Generalist Advisor, or Learning & Development specialist, with exposure to culture, development, or engagement and readiness to take the next step into an HR Business Partner-type role .
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
  • A natural ability to coach and influence, with excellent organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for people, culture, development, and creating positive change.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining focus and delivering high-quality results.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Acting as a generalist advisor across the entire employee lifecycle, you’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
  • Partnering with managers to build capability, coach leaders, and support performance.
  • Leading employee engagement across the business — from running surveys to turning feedback into meaningful action.
  • Putting Learning & Development at the heart of our people agenda — designing and delivering career pathways, mentoring opportunities, and learning programmes that help our people thrive.
  • Coordinating employee communications and social media to keep our people connected and engaged.
