Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is interested in the HR field and eager to learn and grow into an HR professional. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture, contributing to the effective functioning of the People & Culture function. Your responsibilities will include coordinating various projects, preparing materials, and handling routine tasks, all while gaining valuable insights and experience in a dynamic environment. We have a true hybrid working model; however, we love to see each other and often work from the office. We hope you’ll also join us at the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of People & Culture projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our People & Culture leadership team across different countries.
  • Prepare materials and help facilitate effective communication in People & Culture and with various stakeholders.
  • Be a close working partner of the Head of People & Culture.
  • Engage in problem-solving and provide innovative solutions.
  • Perform routine tasks such as reporting and meeting arrangements to support work in People & Culture.
  • Assist in annual compensation processes.
  • Support inclusion and diversity initiatives to foster a welcoming and equitable workplace.
  • Contribute to the HR efforts in establishing and transitioning to a standalone company, ensuring a smooth integration of HR practices.
  • Working with employee engagement survey and action planning.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A systematic and organized approach to work.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong interest in continuous learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Finnish).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
  • Capable of prioritizing while working on several projects simultaneously.
  • Manage broad concepts while also focusing on details.
  • Ready to express your viewpoints, ideas, and opinions.
  • Open to new experiences and challenges.
  • Reliable and able to handle confidential matters.
