Description:
Reporting to the Total Rewards Team Lead, the Junior HR Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Total Rewards Team and for HR Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in HR benefits administration, preferably in the construction setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems e.g. Times Software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medical insurance enrolment, updates, and terminations
- Liaise between broker and employee for Foreign Worker Medical Insurance submission.
- Collaborate with Shared Services team to ensure timely update and accuracy of data in HRIS.
- Review, process, and monitor medical invoices for accuracy, and ensuring timely payment.
- Follow up and respond to healthcare providers and vendors on inquiries regarding outstanding payments or related issues such as billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and related communications.
- Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee’s hospital admissions or specialist visits.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, site administrators and employees to ensure smooth processing of LOGs and successful tagging of LOG to the medical invoice.
- Respond to employees’ queries regarding medical benefits, coverage, and claims per policy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all medical benefit-related documents.
- Assist in planning and organization of company-wide health & wellness initiatives.
- Process invoices related to department matters
- Other general HR administrative tasks.
