Zu unseren Aufgaben als Mediaagentur gehört dabei die Untersuchung von Zielgruppen sowie die Analyse ihrer Mediennutzung. Wir beraten unsere Kunden bei der Auswahl von geeigneten Medien, verhandeln Preise und spielen die Werbung in den ausgewählten Kanälen aus. So stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Kunden effektiv und nachhaltig ihre Zielgruppe erreichen. Dabei arbeiten wir mit Kunden wie Bauhaus, Hyundai Kia, Nintendo, O2, Puma, RedBull und Sparkasse. Werde Teil unseres Teams als: Junior HR Generalist (all gender) 📍 Standort: Frankfurt Wie sieht dein Aufgabengebiet aus? Ca. 70% Recruiting Du betreust unsere Bewerber: innen vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Onboarding. Dabei koordinierst und organisierst du Interviews und Gesprächstermine und führst auch selbst erste telefonische Interviews mit Kandidat: innen. Außerdem pflegst und aktualisierst du Kandidatenprofile in unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem. Du schaltest und pflegst unsere Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen. Du unterstützt bei spannenden Projekten wie Employer Branding, Recruiting Events oder Social-Media-Aktivitäten im HR-Bereich. Ca. 30% HR-Administration / Shared Services: Du erstellst Arbeitsverträge und andere Dokumente. Du arbeitest mit unserem HR-Managementsystem und stellst sicher, dass alle Mitarbeiterdaten erfasst sind Du unterstützt das Team im täglichen HR-Tagesgeschäft. Welches Skill-Set bringst du mit? Du hast erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, HR-Management z. B. als Werkstudent: in, Praktikant: in oder Berufseinsteiger: in Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen Du bist strukturiert, sodass du, auch wenn es mal chaotisch wird, den Überblick behältst Du fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld wohl und kannst dich schnell auf neue Situationen einstellen Du findest Freude daran, Aufgaben sorgfältig und nach gewissen Standards zu erledigen Du gehst sicher mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel) um; Erfahrung mit einem Bewerbermanagementsystem ist ein Plus. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, sodass du in beiden Sprachen souverän mit Kandidaten kommunizieren kannst Wie arbeiten wir?
