Junior HR Operations Specialist Vienna, Austria What You’ll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support Prepare HR/Recruitment operational reports, trackers, and data summaries Support with organizing HR-related meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track action items Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and databases Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality across all HR materials Support job posting administration and documentation What We’re Looking For: Completed commercial or administrative education (e.g. Economic University or relevant studies) First experience in HR administration or an assistant role is an advantage Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel High attention to detail and structured working style Reliable, well-organized, and service-oriented Good written and verbal communication skills in German; English is an advantage What You’ll Get From Us: We don’t just offer jobs — we offer growth, challenge, and opportunity.
