Job Title: Junior HR Specialist Job Location: Airport City, Belgrade, Serbia Main Responsibilities: •Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. •Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. •Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. •Designing and implementing effective training and development plans. •Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. •Tracking department budgets. •Based on the actual work content of the department, there will be some flexible work arrangements and adjustments, and you will fully cooperate with these adjustments, including the work related to employee visas. Requirements: •Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or Psychology. •Experience: Fresh Graduates are considered. Candidates with up to 1–3 years of experience in HR roles, such as HR Assistant, Coordinator, or Recruiting are also considered. •Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). •HR Knowledge: Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding), payroll systems. •Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Hungarian and English.
