Job Description Junior HR Specialist, IKEA Sofia In this role, we will give you the chance to learn and to develop in HR by being part of the daily life of our store. A day in your life with us You will work with a senior managers to: · Provide support in the recruitment and hiring process · Participate fully in the onboarding process of new co-worker · Provide support for all training and personal development programs · Take part in the internal communication · Provide other support to the HR team when needed Qualifications You are a student or have an university degree in Social Science Working level of English Ability to multitask and work hard Must be very detail oriented and possess strong organizational and follow up skills Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service Additional Information We offer Highly professional and fast working environment.
