We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Systems Implementation Consultant to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer. This role will be based in Romania and is a hybrid position, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Your mission will be to assist clients in the implementation and support of the Workday solution. You will participate in transformation projects towards the Workday management solution and provide support and maintenance services for this platform for our clients.
Within the Digital Transformation department, the mission is to accompany transformation and innovation to enable clients to mobilize their talents, achieve rapid results, and build agile organizations supported by modern technologies.
