To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based: Junior HR Talent Sourcer The role will: Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other sourcing channels. Support the recruitment process and HR administration tasks. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines. Manage communication with candidates: scheduling interviews, follow-ups and feedback. Support in preparing job postings and ensure alignment across different job boards and channels. Create reports and provide market insights on talent trends. Support onboarding activities for new hires. BSc in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication or related field. A master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field will be considered a plus. Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle. Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and ideally an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Good writing, communication, and presentation skills in Greek and English. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team. Good interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
