You’ll join our HR Systems & Analytics team, get hands‑on ownership in our digital HR landscape, and contribute to strategic technology initiatives after a structured onboarding. Your Responsibilities Organizational Management System: You will take responsibility for maintaining and managing our international organizational management system, including data quality and system upkeep. Reporting & Analytics: You will own parts of our HR reporting landscape and support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of HR reports and dashboards. HR Systems Development: You will manage and further develop our HR systems, including tools for recruiting, employee surveys, and learning & development. Artificial Intelligence in HR: You will explore and implement innovative use cases for AI in the HR domain, helping us shape the future of digital HR. Qualifications IT education (e.g., HTL in Information Technology) or comparable practical experience Curiosity for new tech (incl.
