As Junior HR BP, you will support the HR Business Partner team, that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day. You will be able to develop a thorough understanding of the HR functions and stakeholders in a large international firm as well as our HR Business Partner processes and policies across different departments.

Responsibilities
  • Participate to the accuracy and operational delivery of the end-to-end HR Business Partner processes in close collaboration with our HRBP team (Reports per department, Cross-teams projects, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help streamline all processes
  • Manage and keep up to date HR data in our HR systems
  • Support and participate to the evaluation process organization
  • Support the HR Business Partner team in the Talent Digital transformation by being involved in performance improvement projects
  • Closely collaborate with other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Provide periodic reports and statistics and PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to our HR Business Partner team in their day-to-day tasks
