Job Description Junior HR BP role to support senior HR BP to provide add-value to business, leader and associate with focus on People Partner, labor relation consultancy and data analyst. As people partner, facilitates career development opportunities for talents, consults on individual skills and consults on skill and learning journey, inspires and fosters a strong learning culture and mindset to become a Learning Company As people and organization data analyst, continuously monitors and analyses available HR reports, dashboards, makes up to date data-driven proposals for HR measures, provides regularly insights on people and organization metrics, develop and utilizes dashboards to increase transparency and efficiency As labor relation consultancy, act as the contact person with union, legal authority, ensures implementation and monitoring of legal framework, enables leaders with regard to labor relations and provides advice to leaders and supports labor relation issues Support senior HR BP for other people and organization related topic in Human Resource Department. Qualifications Master degree, 2+ years solid professional experience in the HR function, fluent in English communicating and writing Passionate for people topic with excellent communication skills with difference stakeholder Structural thinking with good planning and implementation Ability to build trust with expertise and value creation.
