POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated Junior HRD Professional to support various human resource functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee performance monitoring, and creating essential company materials to support the team. Your work will help drive the success of Roofworx by ensuring our team is equipped, motivated, and thriving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or related roles, preferably within the construction or service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • A keen interest in employee development and organizational growth.
  • Proficient in a variety of HR tools including CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), performance management software, reporting tools for creating detailed HR analytics and insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Assist in organizing onboarding programs to integrate new employees and set them up for success.
  • Provide onboarding support for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Track employee progress and provide regular updates on training and development initiatives.
  • Analyze employee engagement data and help create strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Create company materials, including policies, handbooks, and internal communications, to support employee needs.
  • Develop and deliver company presentations for training and leadership purposes.
  • Ensure employees have access to all necessary company materials and resources to perform their roles effectively.
