Description

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people.
We are seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Junior HRIS Analyst to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will support the maintenance, optimization, and daily operations of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with a strong focus on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting system upgrades, reporting, and assisting with HR process automation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in HR technology and systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in an HR or HRIS-related role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Prior experience using UKG Pro (UltiPro) is strongly preferred—candidates without UKG experience must demonstrate strong aptitude with similar HRIS platforms and a willingness to learn UKG quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and understanding of data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytic skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of taking initiative and owning processes.
  • A proven ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Experience working in a large organization with complex structures or multiple business units (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day administration and support of the HRIS, primarily UKG Pro (UltiPro) and related modules (e.g., Recruiting and Onboarding, Timekeeping, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
  • Perform data audits and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee records.
  • Support in configuration updates, testing new features, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Create, run, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports using UKG’s reporting tools (Business Intelligence report pulling and building).
  • Assist in acquisitions and mass data integration into HRIS platform.
  • Document processes, procedures, and user guides for HRIS-related tasks.
  • Assist in training HR team members and end users on system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and employee data.
  • Support leave and benefit administration within the HRIS.
