To support new project opportunities, we are looking for a HSE Advisor to come join us in our offices in Robroyson, Glasgow. The HSE Advisor will support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures across Systal Technology Solutions’ operations. The role will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, promote a positive safety culture, and assist in the delivery of HSE initiatives across office and client sites.

Responsibilities

· Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
· Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards and statutory requirements.
· Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions.
· Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, risk assessments, and training.
· Deliver basic HSE inductions and toolbox talks to staff and contractors.
· Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
· Support the preparation and submission of HSE reports to management and regulatory bodies.
· Assist with the coordination of emergency response procedures and drills.
· Keep up to date with changes in HSE legislation and best practice.
· Promote a positive HSE culture throughout the organisation.
