Our shares are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX). www.medmix.swiss Job Description At medmix Spain, we are looking for a Junior Eurohub Planner to strengthen our global Supply Chain team, with the goal of ensuring efficient planning and coordination of demand, supply, and inventory within our distribution hub. This role is key to driving product availability, optimizing service levels, and supporting operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and strong cross-functional collaboration. Planning & Execution Plan and schedule demand, supply, and inventory for the distribution hub Manage backlog in line with sales priorities, customer commitments, and the S&OP plan Execute replenishment based on forecast, safety stock, and inventory targets Ensure accuracy of planning parameters and master data in SAP Alignment & Customer Service Perform daily alignment with production sites regarding volumes, priorities, and constraints Coordinate regularly with suppliers to ensure delivery reliability and capacity alignment Ensure product availability to meet target customer service levels Define, monitor, and adjust safety stock levels to mitigate service risks Optimization, Projects & Reporting Optimize material flow, inventory levels, and network decisions (e.g., plant allocation, transport) Support global supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement projects Track, analyze, and report key KPIs (service level, inventory, backlog, plan adherence) Proactively identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities Compliance with other procedures and instructions in the field of environmental and health and safety management (ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018) Ensuring reporting of non-conformities, failures and Health and Safety risks (including reporting accidents) and Environmental Safety to the manager or person responsible for EHS Supervising service providers (subcontractors) performed on the company's premises and defining and dividing environmental and health and safety responsibilities between the Company and suppliers Conducting occupational health and safety training for new employees, including familiarization with occupational risk assessment and the way of handling dangerous substances in accordance with the Safety Data Sheets Other responsibilities and rights arising from the documentation (procedures and instructions) Project portfolio Management External providers’ team management and support Qualifications Work experience: 1 to 3 years previous experience in planning Education: Engineering or equivalent Languages: English advanced (mandatory), Spanish Other: Excel, Nice to have: SAP, Hydra Business Segment: Industry Location: Ribarroja
