We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Consultant to support our Human Resources team in delivering effective HR solutions to our clients or internal departments. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Willingness to be based in or travel to Pulau Pinang as required by the role
• Good understanding of HR principles and employment laws (basic knowledge is acceptable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or project experience is a plus

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Support recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Help with onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support in performance management and HR documentation
• Conduct research on HR best practices and labor law compliance
• Participate in client meetings or internal discussions to provide HR input
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
