Job Description: Job Overview Telespazio Germany is looking for an IT professional to support the availability, security, and performance of our hybrid IT environment. The role focuses on spanning on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft 365 cloud services, contributing to the restoration of normal service levels in the event of an incident. You will act as the first point of contact for end-user IT support requests, ensuring a high-performance environment for our internal teams and collaborative projects. Key Responsibilities Incident & Problem Management: Analyse, identify, and resolve anomalies in Microsoft 365 and on-premises systems; perform 1st/2nd level diagnosis and escalate to third-level support or external suppliers (including Microsoft) when necessary. User Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests via the ticketing system; manage, prioritise, and resolve tickets while providing hands-on and remote assistance for devices and connectivity. Hybrid Identity & Active Directory: Administer on-premises Active Directory (GPOs, OUs, DNS, DHCP) and manage Microsoft Entra Connect for hybrid identity synchronisation and Seamless SSO. M365 & Exchange Administration: Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, mail flow rules, and E5 services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Defender for Office 365. VOIP Management: Administer the Microsoft Teams Phone System, managing phone numbers, calling policies, call queues, and monitoring quality via the Call Quality Dashboard (CQD). Operational Improvement: Contribute to root cause analysis (RCA), maintain the Known Error Database, and document recurring issues to strengthen the internal knowledge base. Coordination: Coordinate with parent company IT teams for Entra ID tenant-level changes and administration of restricted network segments. Essential Skills and Qualifications Infrastructure Administration: Solid experience with on-premises Active Directory (GPOs, OUs, DNS, DHCP) and Windows Server/Client operating systems. Cloud & Identity: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity concepts (Entra Connect, SSO). M365 Suite: Proficiency in Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 E5 administration. ITSM Proficiency: Clear understanding of IT Service Management concepts, including incident management, problem management, and ticketing systems. Networking: Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations. Language Requirements: German (C1 or above) and English (B2 minimum) are both mandatory for coordination with international colleagues. Eligibility: EU citizenship is required for this position. Desirable Skills and Certifications Microsoft Certifications: MD-102 (Modern Desktop), SC-300 (Identity & Access), MS-203 (Messaging), or MS-700 (Teams Administrator).
