Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our IT team here in Liverpool.
In this role you will work as part of a small IT Implementation team, supporting and working alongside experienced Analysts in the delivery of new software implementations. You’ll support the delivery process by training users, tailoring software configurations to meet precise specifications, and collaborating closely with customers to validate solutions and ensure their requirements are fully met.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Experience using tools such as Asana, Redmine, Git and Google Apps (desirable).
• Experience/knowledge of any LIMS systems (desirable).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated to degree level (high grade) or above - Chemistry degree desirable.
