Job Description As an Implementation Consultant you will work with project managers and business analysts to deliver implementation projects and facilitate mentoring sessions for customers. An Implementation Consultant also responds to ad hoc customer requests, working directly with the customer to provide subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. Implementation Consultants must manage multiple tasks simultaneously and document troubleshooting steps and problem resolution in a clear and concise manner. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives. Responsibilities: Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service and support Execute on project implementations Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives Engage AI in daily activities Participates in ongoing implementation team decisions and internal projects Writes detailed steps required to develop or modify applications Lead implementation specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers Input issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applications Work with other Professional Services team members to support customer needs Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs Qualifications Both German and English speaking skill B.A. or higher in a related field AI familiarity Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software Familiarity with PLM/PDM products Experience in an agile software development environment using JIRA and documenting user stories Strong analytical and technical background Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, technical, and leadership skills Ability to effectively and efficiently deal with multiple projects, conflicting timelines, and changing priorities Must be highly organized and work well under pressure Must be able to work independently, as well as, under supervision Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgement, initiative, and resourcefulness Must value working in a collaborative environment Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
