· Coordinating the import of sea, air and road shipments, customs clearance and delivery
· Assisting with daily bills of lading, letters of credit, certificates of origin, project export documentation, storage and delivery documentation
· Ensuring all L/C and amendments are issued in a timely manner
· Enter all data as assigned
· Provide quotations to sales support, overseas offices and/or agents
· Communicate with gateway and warehouse to assure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
· Ensure that shipments are processed through Canada Customs in a timely and efficient manner and that requirements are fulfilled
· Communicating information and instructions to/from vendors
· Classifying entries and computer entry as assigned
· Partner with Buyers, Vendors, Banks, Freight Forwarders and Brokers
