HOW YOU’LL ADD VALUE

We are looking for an Junior Industrial Controller (m/f/d), who will be responsible for assisting with financial planning and analysis, cost control, budgeting, and reporting within the production or manufacturing environment by supporting the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), managing cost allocation, and helping identify areas for efficiency improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Contribute to month-end/quarterly / year-end process:
• Monthly financial statement reconciliation/group reporting,
• Monthly booking and reporting for stock/payroll/ provision
• Controlling/cost management:
• Inventory control: valuation process including obsolescence provision follow up, stock take process, …
• WIP movement control,
• Product warranty& repair provision: monthly calculation, variances analysis.
• Payroll control including monthly bookings/accruals reversal,
• Capex follow up (investment plan monitoring, monthly reporting/budget, grant),
• Standard costing management (annual calculation/monthly variances),
• Business cost allocation by product line,
• Provide financial analysis, deliver accurate, timely and comprehensive financial information that enhances / support plan and management decision making
• Contribute to maintain strong internal controls by developing, documenting and updating business processes and accounting policies
• Contribute the preparation of the budget, the forecasts and report on variances
• Co-develop project proposals, including budgets, deadlines and planning, and monitor realization of projects
