WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing operational performance, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. You will work hands-on in operations, applying data analysis to monitor performance, support decision-making, and supervise personnel to ensure smooth execution of processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze operational and production data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with production schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate work teams, assign tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving operational issues.
• Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) to measure efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports to management, providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Work flexible shifts, including irregular, extended, or rotating schedules and weekends.
