Description

Deliver technical training to customer operators on the assigned platform. Collaborate with trusted partners (GBU, GTM, or Service) to develop engaging content suitable for various delivery methods (face-to-face, webinar, self-paced learning, or mobile). Maintain the training center environment to a production standard using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Undertake periodic production support, installations, and troubleshooting cases. Contribute to and participate in improvement programs and projects. Impacts immediate team and acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Complexity: Responds to routine issues within established guidelines. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience. Able to communicate clearly in writing (reports) and verbally High level of English (spoken, reading, and writing); other languages are a plus Ability to perform under high-pressure situations Learning Agility Digital Fluency Flexibility to keep a good work life balance.
