Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Influencer & Streamer Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of our presence in the BR & LATAM markets by building relationships with influencers and streamers, coordinating campaigns, and assisting in the development of creative collaborations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in influencer marketing, strengthen community connections, and contribute to the expansion of Neo Group’s brand across these dynamic regions. What You'll Do Define, plan, and execute the social media strategy to drive brand engagement and hit commercial KPIs. Contribute to developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Identify and acquire target streaming partners (KOLs/Influencers) in Brazil across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Facebook Gaming, TikTok, and Instagram. Negotiate and close deals with selected KOLs and influencers. Assist in planning a comprehensive streamer acquisition and retention strategy. Manage the budget for acquiring streaming partners and converting their viewers. Proven experience in iGaming. (Casino and Sportsbook) Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese; Spanish is a strong advantage for broader LATAM market support. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail. Advanced Excel proficiency for tracking performance metrics and calculating commissions. Solid understanding of social media platforms and influencer/streamer ecosystems. Demonstrated experience in negotiation, partnership management, customer service, or sales. High availability and flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to provide real-time support to influencers.
