Requirements:

  • 1-year experience in marketing communications is a plus.
  • Fluent English and ability to maintain business communication.
  • Keen interest in marketing communications and brand management.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Great communicative skills.
  • Previous experience with foreign markets is a plus.
  • Ability to combine manual and creative tasks .
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns on the European market.
  • Research and recruit influencers within niches from the European market.
  • Support strategic paid/earned campaigns from negotiations to execution, ensuring messaging, content, and timeline is aligned, collaborating with brand launch teams.
  • Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitors Researches on social media and within the influencer community.
  • Building strong relationships with relevant influencers.
  • Composing creative briefs for the campaigns on Social Media.
  • Reaching out and communicating with influencers.
  • Analyze and report the effectiveness of programs and competitive analysis for management.
