JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist to provide user support, network administration, and access management in an international environment. If you have experience with Microsoft systems, computer networks, and enjoy solving technical challenges – join our team!

• Provide first and second level IT support (user helpdesk), Coordination of 3rd level support with suppliers, Network administration and troubleshooting
• Setup and maintain user accounts and access rights, support hardware and software procurement for all NSEU sites and providing advice and training to end-users.
• Assist in the definition and development of the lT Strategy, lT Standards and generation of general IT reports
