Key Responsibilities: Monitor internal user activity across critical systems to identify potential insider threats using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and UEBA (User Behavior and Entity Behavior Analytics) tools. Assist in investigations involving data leakage, IP theft, sabotage, or policy violations. Support the development of detection models tailored to semiconductor workflows. Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure proper handling of insider risk cases. Document incidents and mitigation actions in accordance with compliance standards. Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and regulatory purposes. Track emerging insider threat trends relevant to the semiconductor industry. Contribute to training and awareness efforts to reduce insider risk. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Political Science, International Relations, or related field. Up to 2 years of experience (including internship or academic projects) in cybersecurity, risk analysis, public policy, or related fields. Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Purview, Splunk, Forcepoint, or similar. Understanding of semiconductor design and manufacturing processes is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills in Mandarin and English. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SIEM, DLP or UEBA tools. Knowledge of insider risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, CERT) is a plus. Experience working in a high-tech or manufacturing environment. What We Offer: Comprehensive training and mentorship program.
