Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE The Tech & Durables Customer Success team at NIQ acts as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them respond faster to changing market dynamics. We specialize in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Domestic Appliances, IT, Telecom, and others, delivering insights and recommendations that are critical to our clients' success. We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Insight Analyst to join our Western Europe Insights COE team, which supports some of the biggest global T&D clients. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across one or more T&D categories on the German market, helping them make better decisions based on research and sales data. RESPONSIBILITIES Analysis and interpretation of sales and consumer data to uncover actionable insights across categories and business issues. Summarizing findings in tables, charts, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity, with full or partial ownership of insight delivery. Building a strong partnership with your stakeholders and seeking to make an impact by supporting them in delivering meaningful solutions for Germany-based clients Supporting other team members during client meetings and presentations Fostering a strong understanding of your clients’ business priorities Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through clear expectations and analytical pipeline coordination, with support from your manager, while nurturing long-term relationships through consistent delivery.
