To ensure service delivery to internal and external clients in line with PPECB legislative mandate, SLA, MOU and MOA. To ensure excellence in service delivery to both internal and external clients by adhering to PPECB core values. To ensure compliance to internal and external business management processes. To ensure compliance to all PPECB policies and procedure.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to ensure service delivery to internal and external clients strictly in line with the legislative mandate, Service Level Agreements (SLA), Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA).
