Job Description In your daily duties, you will: Review and manage Institutional Client Account documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance Provide support for client platform access, including troubleshooting and password resets Monitor and process cash transfers, performing necessary client call backs Manage the Institutional Clients pipeline and provide administrative support to the team Handle client complaints and ensure they are logged and processed according to procedures Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding GDPR, MiFID, anti-money laundering, and privacy Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through courteous and professional communication Represent Swissquote at industry events and conferences in Luxembourg and abroad (mainly Germany) Qualifications You have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Knowledge of investment products, trading, and brokerage operations Understanding of KYC, AML, CTF, banking privacy, PRIIPS, and MiFID II legislations Fluency in English and German; French is an advantage Excellent communication and client service skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in multi-functional teams Highly organised with good time management skills Additional Information A comprehensive benefits package including annual performance bonus, occupational pension scheme, share plan, concierge services, 34.5 paid holidays, and more A great work environment in our offices located at Luxembourg’s Kirchberg financial district.
