Junior Instructional Designer - Contact Centre Join Our Team Are you passionate about creating engaging and impactful training experiences? As our Junior Instructional Designer, you’ll design innovative and sustainable learning modules that empower our Contact Centre and business teams. Your expertise in eLearning will create content that resonates with learners, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Why You’ll Love This Role Design competency-based training content using Captivate, Articulate, and other eLearning tools. Apply the latest instructional design best practices to boost learner engagement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training with business goals. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize courses for an exceptional user experience. Deliver virtual classrooms and web conferences to increase adoption. Manage and maintain the LMS, including training records and updates. About You 1+ years’ experience in eLearning design and development. Skilled with rapid eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate, Flash). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proactive in keeping up with LMS trends and technology. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
