Description

CTH Controls is a leading instrumentation and controls company looking for a Junior Instrumentation and Controls Technician to join our Robotics Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems for a variety of industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about developing their skills and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation and control systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with instrumentation and control systems
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on instrumentation and control systems
  • Assist in the calibration and testing of instrumentation and control systems
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on projects
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years experience with AB, Siemens or other PLCs or
  • 2+ Years experience with AutoCAD or
  • 2+ Years experience with Robotics programming
  • Associate’s degree in Instrumentation and Control, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Must have valid G license and own vehicle
